PTFE MICRO POWDER JH-310

JH-310 is a polytetrafluoroethylene white powder prepared by a special method, with very low molecular weightof5000-10000.The particlesize of thisproductis extremely small which is suitable for customers who have higher requirementsof particle size distribution. JH-310 not only maintains all the original excellent properties of PTFE, but also has many unique properties, such as no self-aggregation, good compatibility, good dispersion, high self-lubricating property, and significantly reduced frictioncoefficient.

JH-310 can be used alone as a solid lubricant, or as an additive for plastics, rubber, paint, ink, lubricating oil, grease, etc. Various typical powder processing methods can be used when mixing with plastic or rubber, such as blending, etc., and the addition amount is 5-20%; when used in lubricating oil and grease, it can increase the viscosity and reduce the friction coefficientof the Substrate.

JH-310 is usually used as a processing aid, and can also be used alone as a lubricant. But it cannot be used to replace high molecular weight PTFE suspension or dispersion resin for extrusion or compression molding.
