PTFE MICRO POWDER JH-305F

JH-305F PTFE micropoweris a low-molecular-weight micron-sized PTFE white powder prepared by a special method, with a molecular weight of 30,000-50,000 and a primary particle size of only 250-300nm. It not only maintains the excellent characteristics of PTFE, but also has many unique properties, such as high crystallinity, good dispersibility, large specific surface area, and easy dispersion. It is specially used in coatings, inks, lubricating oils and other fields.

Adding this product to the paint can improve the viscosity and lubricity of the paint, and improve the anti-scratch and friction resistance properties. 

Adding this product to the ink can increase the anti-adhesion and hydrophobicity of the ink, and at the same time increase the anti-friction and anti-scratch properties of the ink after molding.

Adding this product to lubricating grease can significantly improve the quality of the oil, increase the anti-wear and anti-friction performance and bearing capacity of the lubricating grease, enhance the aging performance of the lubricating grease, and enhance the high-temperature performance of the lubricating grease and promote the formation of friction polymerization of the lubricating grease membrane. The lubricating grease added with the modified product can play a role in lubricating protection when the oil film is damaged under low speed, high temperature, corrosive environment, and high load conditions.

JH-305F is usually used as a processing aid, and can also be used alone as a lubricant. But it cannot be used to replace high molecular weight PTFE resin for extrusion or compression molding.
