PTFE MICRO POWDER JH-300

JH-300PTFE micropoweris a low-molecular-weight micron-sized PTFE white powder prepared by a special method, with a molecular weight of 10,000-30,000 and a primary particle size of only 250-300nm. It maintains the excellent characteristics of PTFE, also has many unique properties, such as high crystallinity, good dispersion, easy to mix and add, so it is widely used in the blending modification of polymer materials. JH-300 can be used between -190℃ to 300℃.

Adding this product to the paint can improve the viscosity and lubricity, and improve the anti-scratch and friction resistance properties.

Adding this product to the ink can increase the anti-adhesion and hydrophobicity, and increasetheanti-friction and anti-scratch properties of the ink after molding.

Adding this product to lubricating grease can significantly improve the quality of the oil, increase the anti-wear and anti-friction performance and bearing capacity, enhance the aging performance and high-temperature performance and promotethe formation of friction polymerization of the lubricating grease membrane. The lubricating grease added with JH 300 can play a role in lubricating protection when the oil film is damaged under low speed, high temperature, corrosive environment, and high load conditions.

JH-300is usually used as a processing aid, and can also be used alone as a lubricant. But it cannot be used to replace high molecular weight PTFE resin for extrusion or compression molding.
