Perfluoropentanone

Perfluoropentanone (CAS:756-12-7) is a new type of environmental protection insulation, arc extinguishing liquid, because of its non-toxic, low GWP value, arc extinguishing performance is better than SF₆ characteristics, has been widely used in SF₆ replacement in electrical equipment. Because of its high boiling point, it must be mixed with one or several gases such as CO₂, N₂ and O₂.
