Product introduction
JH-220 type polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micro powder is a low-molecular-weight micron-sized polytetrafluoroethylene white powder prepared by a special method, with a molecular weight of 80,000~100,000. It not only basically maintains the excellent characteristics of PTFE, but also has many unique properties, such as high crystallinity, good dispersion, and easy mixing and adding, so it is widely used in the blending modification of polymer materials.
Adding this product to engineering plastics can significantly improve the wear resistance, lubricity, non-stickiness and flame retardancy of the base material, and significantly improve the performance of the base material. JH-220 can be used between -190℃ to 300℃.
JH-220 is usually used as a processing aid, and can also be used alone as a lubricant. But it cannot be used to replace high molecular weight PTFE suspension or dispersion resin for extrusion or compression molding.

Main Application
JH-220 is mainly used as a processing aid for various thermoplastic/thermosetting plastics, rubber and elastomers. It can reduce the friction coefficient of the material surface, improve the wear resistance of the material, prevent the surface of the material from being scratched, and at the same time perform internal lubrication and mold release. It can also improve the anti-adhesive and anti-friction properties of the resin, and avoid surface defects and fouling of injection molded parts. The amount of JH-220 added is generally between 5-20% (by weight).
The plastic fields mainly used by JH-220 include nylon (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC), polyester, polyimide (PI), polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyether ether (PEEK), polysulfone, etc.
Package and transportation
JH-220 is packed in wooden barrels, net weight: 20kg/barrel, which is convenient for transportation and storage.
This product is non-dangerous, please store it away from fire sources and strong oxidants. Do not smoke when operating the PTFE powder, to avoid some toxic gases produced by the burning of the PTFE powder.
